Swiss Cheese Sandwich


8 White Turkish bread rolls
100g Western Star Spreadable
100g Anchor Culinary Cream
30g seeded mustard
20g Dijon mustard
1ml Tabasco sauce
1ml Worcestershire sauce
1.5kg Roasted Beef skirt, thinly sliced
200g Demi-glace
8 Mainland Swiss cheese slices
¼ bunch Parsley, picked
800g Crinkle cut Chips


Step 1

To make the creamy mustard sauce combine both mustards with the Anchor Culinary cream, tabasco and Worcestershire sauces and season to taste.

Step 2

Toast bun ready to serve.

Step 3

Layer roll beginning with a spread of Western Star spreadable and the creamy mustard sauce. Dip the sliced beef in the hot demi-glace sauce and place on roll. Top with Mainland Swiss cheese slices and finish with some fresh picked parsley.

Step 4

Serve with well-seasoned crinkle cut chips.
