Fonterra Pulled Pork slider with slaw


1 Granny smith apple, shredded
½ Savoy cabbage, shredded
1g Coriander seeds, toasted & grounded
1g Cumin seeds, toasted & grounded
20ml Apple cider vinegar
60ml Olive oil
1 Garlic clove, crushed
2 Shallots, chopped
½ Red long chili, chopped
¼ bunch Mint & coriander chopped
8 Brioche buns (salted)
100g Western Star spreadable
960g Pulled pork
20g Tabasco Chipotle sauce
30g Aioli
8 Mainland Tasty slices
800g French Fries (optional)


Step 1

To make the slaw combine the cabbage, herbs, apple, spices, chilli, garlic, oil and vinegar in a bowl and season.

Step 2

Season pulled pork with tabasco chipotle sauce and aioli.

Step 3

Toast bun ready to serve.

Step 4

Layer burger beginning with a spread of Western Star spreadable, smoky pulled pork, Mainland Tasty cheese slice, apple slaw salad.

Step 5

Serve with well-seasoned French fries
